Yay, it’s time to kick off the MFT April Release Countdown! I made a colorful card with images from the YUZU Shout it from the Rooftops stamp set.

I started by stamping the girl and boy with Extreme Black Hybrid Ink and covering them with masking paper. Next, I stamped the rooftops and covered them as well so that I could do some ink blending with the following Premium Dye Inks: Orange Zest, Butterscotch and Lemon Drop and the Ray of Light Stencil.

I actually also used inks (Wild Cherry and Red Hot) to color the rooftops, although I added some shadows with Copic markers.

After peeling off all of the masks, I colored the images with the following markers: E37, E35, E51, Y17, Y15, E11, E21, E000, R02, B97, B95, B93, B91, RV24, RV32, BG15, BG13, C3, C2 and C00.

Finally, I partially stamped one of the sentiments (from the same set) on a strip of Black Licorice Card Stock cut with the Skinny Strips Die-namics. To complete the message I added some letters cut with the Essential Alphabet Die-namics.

I also added some matching enamel dots to finish my card. I hope you enjoyed it! Please visit the MFT YouTube Channel and MFT Blog for more inspiration!
