Hello again! The MFT July Release Countdown continues and for Day 4 I’ve created a simple card with a rainbow colored sentiment from the cute Cherry on Top stamp set.

I started by diecutting a panel out of Smooth White Card Stock using the third largest die from the A2 Stitched Rectangles STAX Set 1 Die-namics. Then, with the help of my MISTI and some masking paper, I used four different Premium Dye Inks (Orange Zest, Lemon Drop, Sour Apple and Blu Raspberry) to stamp the rainbow colored sentiment. I then heat embossed the whole thing with clear embossing powder.

Next, I stamped the cherry with Extreme Black Hybrid Ink and colored it with Copic markers. I think I used R27, R24, and R22…
I adhered the panel to my A2 top fold cardbase, which was covered with patterned paper from the Buffalo Brights Paper Pad, with a piece of thin fun foam.

I thought the card needed some embellishments, so I added three cute enamel hearts and that’s it… Such a quick and easy card to make! Thank you for stopping by! Have you visited the MFT Blog to leave a comment and to check out today’s featured products, yet?
