Hi there! Today I’m sharing a clean and simple rainbow themed card, that I created for the Weekly Sketch Challenge (#454) on the MFT Blog.
The sketch is very versatile and my first idea was to make a fence, with a cute cat sitting on top of it, but then I went with the rainbow theme instead. I used one of the banners from the Blueprints 28 Die-namics and die cut it out of eight colors +white.

I then glued them to an 8″ x 5 1/4″ white cardbase with some matte liquid adhesive and stamped one of the sentiments from the Bitty Thanks & Gratitude stamp sets, above the white horizontal stripe.

I wasn’t convinced with the result, so I diecut and layered three sets of letters from the LLD Stitched Banner Alphabet Die-namics, to spell the word “friend” underneath it. As a final touch, I just added some matching enamel dots.
