Yay! It’s time for the MFT July Card Kit Release and I’m celebrating with a cool wine glass shaker featuring one of the glasses from the Let’s Toast Die-namics.
Many years ago, I saw THIS card by J.J. Bolton and absolutely fell in love with it. I used her idea to make my own hidden content shaker using products from the:

It turned out a little bit like a Christmas or New Year’s Eve card, so I’ll probably hang on to it until then! Let’s see it in action:
When the strip of acetate is pulled out, the little silver beads fall into the glass. It’s such a simple and fun mechanism! I didn’t use any foam tape for this card, but actually layered 6 identical panels. It took a bit of work, but turned out great.

I decorated the Gravel Gray panel with some silver pigment ink and one of the stencils from the Card Sized Star Confetti Stencil Set. It looked very festive and with the added pop of red color, I suddenly made a Christmas-in-July card, LOL!
