Colorful card with pennants for Day 4

Hello again! The MFT June Release Countdown continues with a very colorful card that I created with the Splotchy Dots Background Stamp and Positively Peppy Pennants stamps.

I started by clear embossing the Splotchy Dots Background Stamp on a piece of 6″x6″ card stock. Then I ink blended it with Distress Oxide inks and die cut it with the largest die from the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Set 1 Die-namics.

Next, I stamped the cute messages from the Positively Peppy Pennants set in Orange Zest, Lemon Drop, Sour Apple, Blu Raspberry and Grape Jelly Premium Dye Inks on Smooth White Card Stock and die cut them with the Perfect Pennants Die-namics, which is our “Free with $60” for this month.

I also die cut the little strips in matching card stock and glued them to the pennants to make these stand out more. The following step was to attach the panel to an 8 3/4″ x 5 5/8″ (22,2cm x 14,3cm) white cardbase and adhere the pennants with triangular pieces of foam.

I love enamel dots and of course had to add some rainbow-colored ones to finish the card.
