Hello again! I made a retro card with a pretty roller skate, for the last day spotlighting products from the MFT December Release.
I started by die cutting all of the elements from the MSTN Roller Skate Die-namics set out of the following colors of MFT card stock: Cotton Candy, Ripe Raspberry, Summer Splash, Smooth White and Silver Glitter. I also added silver string and silver enamel dots to make the skate even cuter.
Next, I went to work on the ink blending… I used the Pastures, Ponds, & Pools Stencil as well as the following colors of Premium Dye Inks: Cotton Candy, Ripe Raspberry and Summer Splash. It was quite simple and fun to achieve this retro effect. After die cutting my panel with the largest die from the Stitched Mod Rectangle STAX Die-namics I heat embossed the sentiment from the MSTN Let the Good Times Roll stamp set on it.
