Hello again! We’re halfway through the MFT December Release and for Spotlight Day 1, I’m sharing a sweet, clean and simple card with some adorable plush animals.
They’re from the JB Squish Friends set but I really felt like adding fur to them so they ended up looking more like plush toys than Squishies…
I started by stamping the critters with a beige ink and then I added light coloring with Copic markers E35, E33, E31, W3, W1, W00, R02 and R01. Next, I went to work with some sharp Prismacolor pencils to add all of the details.
To make this simple card more elegant, I embossed the sentiment, from the previously mentioned stamp set, in platinum and added a strip of Gold Shine Card Stock. The patterned paper covering my A2 card base is from the Colorful Canvas Paper Pad.
