Interactive card with cookies

Interactive card with rotating cookies.

Hello there! I’m back with another card tutorial on the MFT YouTube channel! In this one we’re making an interactive card with rotating cookies.

Interactive card with rotating cookies. Tutorial available.

As alway, before I share any details about the card, let’s watch it in action in the video clip below:

As you can see, when we move the pull tab back and forth, three of the cookies rotate! The pink dimentional heart ties the ink smooshing and the sentiment from the Cookie Crumbs stamp set together so perfectly.

I started by die cutting and assembling the elements from the Milk & Cookies Die-namics. It was a lot of fun! I used the inlay technique, shading, Glossy Accents and at least two stacked layers to add realism to each cookie.

Check out the tutorial to see how I created the mechanism with only one specific die (the pulltab), which you could easily substitute with a couple of 5 3/4″ x 3/4″ (14,6cm x 1,9cm) layered strips. Thanks for stopping by!
