Hello again! Today I’m celebrating the MFT November Vault Release with an elegant Christmas card featuring pastel snowflakes that I created with the Stylish Snowflakes Die-namics.

I started by doing some ink blending with the following Distress Oxide Inks: Salvaged Patina, Victorian Velvet and Worn Lipstick. To get an interesting texture and some nice shine, I spritzed it with dilluted pearl watercolor. Next, I cut my main panel out of Smooth White Card Stock with the snowflake dies and the largest die from the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Set 1 Die-namics.

I layered the two panels and adhered them to a slightly larger one of Silver Glitter Card Stock before gluing everything to an 8 3/4″ x 5 6/8″ (22,2cm x 12,7cm) card base.

To highlight the pastel snowflakes even more, I adhered matching rhine stones in the middle of the five largest ones. I hope you liked today’s card! Head on to the MFT Blog for more inspiration from the DT. Happy shopping!
