Hello again! Today I’m celebrating the MFT September Release with a fun card featuring the cute cheerleaders from the JB Touchdown! stamp set.

I started by ink blending the background with the following Distress Oxide Inks: Fired Brick, Abandoned Coral, Spiced Marmalade and Fossilized Amber. For the grass I used Evergreen Bough, Peeled Paint and Bundled Sage. Once the ink was dry I used the largest die from the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Set 1 Die-namics to cut the main panel and one of the dies from the new Grassy Edges Die-namics to cut the grass panel.

Next, I stamped the little cheerleaders, die cut them with matching dies and colored them with the following Copic markers: W7, W5, W3, W1, R29, R27, R24, Y17, Y15, Y11, R22 and R20.

I decided to stamp the sentiment from the same JB Touchdown! stamp set onto a strip of Heavyweight Translucent Vellum and adhere it between two of the jumping critters. To finish the card I added a couple of matching enamel stars. Check out what my talented teammates made for the occasion, on the MFT Blog!
