Hello again! Today I’m sharing an interactive card with dogs that I made for the MFT YouTube channel! It features images from the new adorable YUZU Pampered Pups set.

As always, let me share a little clip of the card in action before I go into detail…
When the pull tab is pulled the little puppy (a corgipoo maybe?) appears from behind the soap bubbles and the corgi moves his head in a synchronized manner. As I mention in the video, it is possible to make the movement slightly bigger if you create a separate panel for the floor and hide the puppy completely. Another option would be to die cut a channel in the panel and attach the puppy to the pull tab with a Slider Element, but to me that spoils the surprise…

The stamp set also includes images of a female dog groomer and two more pups. I stamped the chosen ones on Copic friendly card stock with Extreme Black Hybrid Ink, die cut them with the matching dies and colored them with Copic markers. I also added some details with color pencils.

In the tutorial I mention that I couldn’t find my Pull Tab Slider Die-namics so I used dies from the Money Card Die-namics for the mechanism. Here’s the link to a card where I used a very similar one. Below you’ll find a complete list of MFT supplies that I used:
