Hello again! I’m back with a colorful beach grandma card for Day 4 of the MFT June Release Countdown.
It features the grandma and children from the Being a Grandparent is the Best stamp set. I used the tropical leaves from the same set to decorate the dress.
After stamping and die cutting the images with the matching dies, I colored them with the following Copic markers: C4, C2, E11, E21, E000, E35, E33, E31, R29, R27, R24, BG05, BG07, BG02, G16, G05, G03.
For the background I chose patterned paper from the Sand, Surf & Sky Paper Pad. I die cut the panel with the second largest die from the Stitched Mod Rectangle STAX Die-namics, stamped the sentiment on it and adhered it to an A2 cardbase of Red Hot Card Stock. I had previously covered it with another piece of patterned paper from the same beach themed pad.
As a last touch I added a small heart cut with a die from the All-Occasion Icons Die-namics. I hope you enjoyed my beach grandma card! Head on to the MFT YouTube Channel or Blog for more inspiration!
