Hi there! We’ve reached the middle of the MFT March Release Countdown and I’m sharing a CAS wedding card in kraft and white.

I started by using the new Diagonal Stripes Stencil as a template to stamp the smaller sentiments from the To the Happy Couple set to a 6″ x 6″ piece of Kraft Card Stock. For a discreet tone-on-tone effect I used Kraft Premium Dye Ink for this. Next, I used the largest die from the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Set 1 Die-namics to cut my panel.

I wrapped a piece of white and gold bakers twine around it and adhered it to an A2 card base of Smooth White Card Stock with foam tape. After that I used one of the dies from the A2 Stitched Circle STAX Die-namics to cut a circle out of Heavyweight Translucent Vellum.

The most fun part of creating this CAS wedding card was to die cut and assemble the doves from the Let’s Say “I Do” Die-namics. I adhered them to the vellum circle with slivers of foam tape and then hid more foam tape behind them to adhere the circle to the card.

I hope you enjoyed my card for today! Check out what my teammates made on the MFT Blog. Thanks for stopping by!
