Howdy! I’m back to share a card with super cute farm animal faces for Day 4 of the MFT July Release Countdown.
I combined the Friendly Farm Faces Die-namics with basic shapes (different sized circles and an oval) to create the fun stand alone animal heads. For the pig I used the 2″ die from the A2 Circle STAX Die-namics + Princess Pink and Cotton Candy card stock. I created the sheep head with a 1 1/2″ circle + Smooth White and Cement Gray card stock.
For the llama I chose one of the oval shapes from the Balloon STAX Die-namics + Cement Gray and Eiffel Tower card stock. I cut the chicken head out of Smooth White. Then I used Candied Yam for the beak and Amarena Cherry for the comb and wattle. The eyes/mouths and cheeks for all farm animal faces were cut out of Black Licorice and Cotton Candy.
Once all of the heads were ready I went to work on the A2 cardbase. I did some tone-on-tone stamping with the Rippled Background and Caribbean Sea Premium Dye Ink on Caribbean Sea Card Stock.
Lastly, I added a banner of Amarena Cherry Card Stock with a heat embossed sentiment from the Punny Farm stamp set. I had a blast creating today’s card! Please visit the MFT Blog or MFT YouTube channel for more projects featuring today’s products.
