Yay, today I’m celebrating the MFT June Release with a card featuring an underwater wreath and a diving cat.
I used the images from the adorable Ride or Dive set and the Gina K. 4″ Wreath Builder Stencil, to create my underwater wreath. The Premium Dye Inks that I chose are Kraft, Field Day and Caribbean Sea,
It was so much fun to stamp all of the tiny images! I even created a little stop motion animation of the process, which you can check out on my YouTube channel.
For the sentiment I went with one of the phrases from the Every Flavor of Happy set, which is our newest “Free with $60” product. I colored the cat and fishes with the following Copic markers: W10, W7, W3, W1, W00, BG13, BG11, G05, G03 and G02. Can you see that I added drops of Glossy Accents to the little circles on the jellyfish above the cat? It looks like they’re coming out of the snorkeling tube!
There’s not much more to say about the card… my cardbase, cut out of Caribbean Sea Card Stock, measures 8 1/2″ x 4 1/4″. Thank you for your visit and don’t forget to head on to the MFT Blog and YouTube Channel for more inspiration.
