Kraft card with pink flowers for CC186

Kraft card with pink flowers for Color Challenge 186 on the MFT Blog.

Hello! It’s time for a new Color Challenge (CC186) at the MFT Blog. Following the spring themed palette, I made a kraft card with pink flowers.

I started by cutting the sentiment out of my A2 cardbase of Kraft Card Stock with the beautiful Thinking of You Die-namics. Then I got rid of any paper burr with a nail file and adhered a panel of Smooth White Card Stock behind the window.

Next, I die cut the flowers from the Stitched Bloom Die-namics out of Princess Pink and Cotton Candy card stock. For the leaves I used Limelight Card Stock.

It was fun to stack the elements (with liquid glue and thin foam squares) to create different looks. I saved the left overs in the die package for a future project…

As the final touch I added a couple of white enamel dots and pink gem stones… Just the perfect amount of bling!
