Spring card with speech bubbles

The MFT March Release Countdown is midway and I’ve created a spring card with the speech bubbles from the MSTN Say Anything Die-namics and cute images from the MSTN Sending Sunshine and Smiles stamp set.

I started by doing some tone on tone heat embossing with the beautiful MSTN Repeating Rainbows Background on Caribbean Sea Card Stock. Then I cut a panel with the largest die from the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Set 1 Die-namics and adhered it to an 8 3/4″ x 5 5/6″ card base of Smooth White Card Stock.

Next, I stamped the “smile” sentiment in rainbow colored Premium Dye Inks: Red Hot, Orange Zest, Butter Scotch, Sour Apple and Summer Splash. For the second sentiment and images I used Extreme Black Hybrid Ink.

I die cut the images with the matching dies and adhered them to the speech bubbles with thin foam squares. It was so much fun to play with them until I decided on the final design.
