We’re down to the last countdown day before the MFT January Release goes live and I’m sharing a sweet Valentine’s Day card with a mouse.

First I adhered one of the patterned papers from the Poppin’ Polka Dots Paper Pad to a piece of Smooth White Card Stock. Then I used the largest die from the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Set 1 Die-namics and the Piece of My Heart Die-namics to cut my panel.

I created a little scene for my mouse with two stencils and two Premium Dye Inks: Summer Splash and Sour Apple. After that I stamped, die cut and colored the critter from the Odd Couple set.

The red balloons and banner weren’t enough so I decided to add another panel of Red Cherry Card Stock behind the main panel. I love the white+red+blue combo, don’t you?

Here’s the list of Copic markers that I used for the mouse: W5, W3, W1, W00, R20, R00, R39, R37 and R35. The sentiment is from the Itty Bitty Love stamp set.

That’s all for today. Thanks for stopping by and welcome back tomorrow for the MFT January Release!
