Hi again! For Day 2 of the MFT September Vault Release, I felt like creating a simple card featuring some no-line coloring and stamps from the beautiful BB Sunflower Sweetheart.

I stamped the little scene with Kraft Premium Dye Ink on Kraft Card Stock and colored the images with my Prismacolor pencils. The result is so warm and textured…

It was a lot of fun to just concentrate on the coloring for a change. This time, the most difficult thing was actually to decide what color cardbase to use, ha ha ha! I kept it natural and finally went with a Chocolate Brown panel and a Jellybean Green cardbase. Do you think I made the right decision?

I decided not to add any embellishments, but a couple of Clear Round Drops could have looked great… I really don’t know what else to say about this simple card… only that I hope it has inspired you in some way.
Here are the measurements of each element:
Cardbase: 8 6/8″ x 5 5/8″ (scored at 4 3/8″)
Brown panel: 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″
Main panel: 3 3/4″ x 5″

I hope you stop by the MFT Blog to check out what my talented DT colleagues made. Also, leave a comment on the two vault launch posts before 8 PM EDT on September 27, for a chance to win a $50 MFT shopping spree. Have a great day!
