Hi there! October has just flown by and it’s time for our monthly challenge at La Pareja Creativa. This month we’re asked to color some of the elements of our projects, either with watercolors, Distress inks, color pencils or alcohol markers.
I colored the stamps from the set Frutas Deliciosas with my Copic Markers. I also used the matching dies to mask my panel and ink it with three tones of Distress Inks.
Here’s a step by step in pictures…
I decided to stamp, color and die cut the apples a second time to adhere them with some volume and make them really stand out…
The last touch was a vellum banner with the sentiment “Con cariño” (With love) from the Para Ti stamp set and some clear Glossy Accents drops.
