¡Hola! Estoy de vuelta con una colorida tarjeta de cumpleaños, protagonizada por una casa voladora y un montón de globos. La he creado para el reto Birthday Project Challenge de octubre, en el blog de MFT.
Este mes os pedimos que incorporéis globos en vuestros proyectos. En la tienda de MFT, hay muchos productos en esta categoría, pero no es imprescindible utilizarlos para participar en este divertido reto. ¡Utilizad los productos que tengáis y participad! I started by die cutting the house, of course inspired by the one in Pixar’s wonderful «Up» movie, out of Lemon Drop, Gravel Gray, Kraft, Tickled Pink and Tangy Orange card stock, using the Haunted House Die-namics. I trimmed some of the pieces with my scissors, which was easy to do thanks to the embossed lines. Then I adhered all of the pieces to a handcut outline of the house in Summer Splash Prestige Card Stock. As a final touch, I added some shading with Copic markers and a couple of highlights with a white gel pen.
Next, I die cut a 4 1/8″ x 6 3/8″ (10,5cm x 16,2cm) panel of Copic friendly card stock using the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Set 1 Die-namics and the partial die cutting technique. I stamped the sentiment and a bunch of balloons from two different stamp sets and masked them so that I could work on the background with the Cloud Stencil and Berrylicious Premium Dye Ink.
Lastly, I adhered my panel to an 8 3/4″ x 6 5/8″ cardbase of Tangy Orange Card Stock. Initially, I was going to add the waving girl from the BB Adorable Adventures stamp set in the foreground, but I quickly ruled that out because the house takes up way too much space.
