¡Holaaa! Hoy comienza la cuenta atrás al lanzamiento de diciembre de MFT. Yo he creado una dulce tarjeta de bebé con la jirafa del set de troqueles Joyful Giraffe Die-namics.

Lately I’ve been making baby cards, like THIS one. That’s because some of my younger friends have had babies and I didn’t have any appropiate cards in my stash, to congratulate them…

I wanted to use a soft palette for this card, so I used Tickled Pink card stock for the cardbase and Smooth White for the rectangular panel, die cut with the A2 Rectangle Frames Die-namics. To give the frame some volume, I die cut it twice more out of white card stock and stacked all of the layers. For the last one, I chose one of the designs from the Petite Gingham Paper Pad .

Furthermore, I die cut the giraffe out of Chantilly Cream, Kraft, Milk Chocolate, Black Licorice and Tickled Pink card stock. Adding a heart-shaped spot (die cut with the Band-Aids Die-namics) and tilting the giraffe’s head to one side, made it look even cuter…

Doing the latter also gave me more space for the sentiment banner, die cut out of Heavyweight Translucent Vellum with one of the dies from the Essential Stitched Sentiment Strips Die-namics. The phrase itself, which I heat embossed in white, is from the Essential Sentiments set. I’ve had it for years, but I still use it frecuently. I love enamel dots, but since I didn’t have any pink ones, I made my own with the Band-Aids Die-namics, paper and Glossy Accents.

I hope you enjoyed this sweet baby card, which was so fun to make… Head on to the MFT Blog for more information about the December release and to check out what my amazing teammates created with today’s featured products.
